Using Obama's Executive Ordered Nightmare? : Nuke News from Jay Coglin of Nuke Watch

I am going to post Jay's email here for you. I can not impress on all of you that again we are seeing Obama's Ex. Order of March 16th in action here. In earlier posts: Stop Heinrich's Nuclear Moves and Fracking Cheney and Haliburton, I said, and I will repeat, this ordered nightmare means that if the US government decided to move all contracts, "resources" and our WATER, under the jurisdiction of the DoD, this removes public or tribal say, in my opinion, after reading the Order. Now most speculate that in order for this to take full effect without a false flag event, that the legislators will try to do it, and they are attempting to do just that. Heinrich wants to move the CCMR contracts to the DoD, but wants to get re-elected, so he is soft peddling at the moment. Shelly in Navajo Country is also soft peddling the Little Colorado Water Theft bill SB 2109. If the water thieves don't get their way? If Cheny does not get his way?
Watch out for the House Armed Services Committee's agenda pushing the levers of the Executive Order.

Nuclear Watch New Mexico has a new 5-page analysis of the relevant CMRR-Nuclear Facility sections in the House Armed Services Committee’s FY 2013 National Defense Authorization Act.

Please see the summary below. The whole report is available at
http://www.nuclearwatch.org/facts/nwd/NW-analysis-HASC-FY13-NDAA-CMRR.pdf

Among other things HASC would move the cost of design and construction of the CMRR-Nuclear Facility and the Uranium Processing Facility to the Pentagon. The quote from self-described fiscal conservative and Tea Party caucus member
Rep. John Culberson (R.-TX),  Chairman of the House Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Subcommittee, is useful in arguing against that move.

HASC Prioritizes the Unneeded CMRR-Nuclear Facility
Over Life Extension Programs and Veteran Benefits

Summary: The Obama Administration has decided to defer the CMRR-Nuclear Facility at the Los Alamos Lab for at least five years, which the House and Senate Energy and Water Development Appropriations Subcommittees have agreed to. But the House Armed Services Committee (HASC) has authorized funding for it, which can possibly undermine what the Pentagon most wants and is paying for, which is the refurbishment of existing nuclear weapons through Life Extension Programs. HASC also seeks to make an end run around the Energy and Water Subcommittees by transferring design and construction of the CMRR-NF to the Defense Department in FY 2014, which could compete with other needed military construction and threaten veteran benefits. In addition, HASC seeks to keep the CMRR-Nuclear Facility alive in the short term by authorizing the use in FY 2013 of $160 million in prior years funding, when it is not clear that any remaining prior years funding even exists. The Senate Armed Services Committee and the Energy and Water Subcommittees of both chambers should oppose these proposals and continue to provide no funding for the CMRR-Nuclear Facility.
