Solar Eclipse and Mayan Ceremony at New Buffalo

Today the Solar Eclipse will be celebrated with creating a labyrinth from 2-5PM, Potluck from 5-6PM and a "new" Mayan Ceremony, facilitated by Day Keeper Ed Griego. All of this will be hosted at the historic New Buffalo in Arroyo Hondo. New Buffalo"s history from the 1960's http://newbuffalocenter.com/History.html is notable because re-learning to live in harmony with earth and sky has been on-going despite the desire for "progress" from the US and other "western civilizations". So while we have our front line warriors taking on Nato, the G8, going to the UK to battle the Tar Sands and the Oil Boys, expect that there may be some technological jamming of the airwaves for live coverage. While technology might be able to jam computer reception in our rural regions, this does not mean we as a species can not raise the sentient vibration for the greater good of all life.
