I gave you warning about what Obama's Executive Order of March 16th, 2012 would mean. We are now seeing the first move by a US government Representative to use it to usurp any say the public, or First Nations have in stopping contracts that are dangerous to our Mother Earth and All Life.

"Rep. Martin Heinrich just voted to support an amendment to move the construction of the CMRR to the Department of Defense, despite the fact that the Dept of Energy had said it can meet its nuclear weapons mission with the delay of the CMRR project for five years.
Heinrich thinks he can get away with these votes and we as his potential constituents need to let him know we are watching him and will not support his campaign.
